I help clients regain a sense of control over their lives without feeling judged

Clients often come to me feeling just that: tired, unsure, and defeated. They come in struggling with worry about the future and pain from the past. They say things like, “I want to feel better and not worry about everything all the time”, and “I can’t keep going on like this- something needs to change but I don’t know what or how.” They are unhappy in relationships. They are struggling at work or school. They are experiencing life transitions, losses, and uncertainty.

My goal is to help you change what isn’t working; to find something that will. Maybe that includes improving relationships, managing adjustments such as parenthood, or improving symptoms of depression or anxiety. Whatever you bring to the counseling space, I will provide authenticity, experience, and knowledge of evidence-based practices. You can expect to learn skills, gain knowledge, and possibly explore parts of yourself requiring healing.
